CloudWok helps you to easily receive many files from many users right in your own cloud storage.
In order to keep track of who uploaded what file may of you kept asking for a way to store files automatically in individual subfolders. We have now implemented a feature that helps you to organize your uploaded files by creating a subfolder for each individual uploading user.
To get you started
In the settings of any wok just activate the “Subfolder for each uploader” feature to organize files in subfolders.
Uploads to your Cloud
On your upload page the uploader will enter the user details and as of her/his first and last name a folder is created in your linked cloud storage folder.
Receiving files in Subfolders
As the first screenshot shows a subfolder was created using the users’ first and last name. All uploads of this user can be found in the related subfolder.
So now you can easily distinguish each users files. Just try it with one of your own woks! And – of course it also works for the upload widget on your own website or WordPress blog.
